Green Bay and Western train No. 2 is at milepost 178 at Whitehall, Wisconsin, on the pretty autumn day of October 3, 1992. The train is powered by Alco C424s Nos. 314 and 320, and RS27 No. 316.

The Meadville Workers. WNYP 426 and 430 typically work the Tuesday-Thursday ME-1 from Meadville to Falconer and back. Today, 424 is switching in the yard before taking cars south to Oil City.

M&E GP9 22 has been pulled out of storage and sent to Morristown. This unit will provide wheels for SW1500 20. Next to the 22 is the daily work horse locomotive, C424 18.
