L&N 8072 coming into Corbin Yard.
The brakeman sprints ahead to line switches to get his coal train out of the yard and on the way to Georgia. Power on this day was pretty typical, a trio of U30Cs and a single SD40.

Leased out by EML but happily with an unbutchered paint job these units were scattered around CSX pretty well. Interesting exercise, by the way, try to find the home office, CEO and phone number... (more)
Only a year after I shot them in CA these had been spurned by Big John Santa Fe and hired out as mercenaries for CSX working for something called EML.
