CN 5650 & CN 2520 are leading a late CN 430 over the snow-covered Lachine Canal on a very cold morning. The power had come to Montreal on grain train CN 846 from Michigan.

CP G95 is backing up on the Adirondack Sub so that it can access the Lasalle Loop Spur via the south leg of the wye.
On the coldest day of winter so far, VIA 35 is about two hours late as it passes a foreman at Turcot Ouest.
