GMTX 2344. Former NS 5172 sits on Chestnut Ave. Awaiting a New Cab to be installed.

NS ET44AC 3649 is being shifted around the Juniata Shops at the Turntable. Note the damage to the hand rails to the front and side of the unit. SW1001 2102 is shifting around another unit.

NS 3503 sits on Chestnut Ave, awaiting a new cab. Note this engine has an 81'' Nose instead of the usual 88'' nose. Main reason the cab was replaced with an Admiral Cab.

New SD33ECO 6224 is getting the final work done on it before being placed into service. Note the horn on the nose of the unit. Unit is for Buffalo NY

NS 624 sits in the Smith Shop at the Juniata shops, Cab, and electrical parts added, waiting for the long hood to be added on.

Built as Reading 3674. NS 3001 had undergone PTC upgrades and Cab Signal removal.

NS 4004 sits outside of the Juniata Shops, freshly painted. The smoke stack in the background is gone today.

NS 6400 the class SD40-3 rebuild is outside the Paint Shop, along with AC44C6M 4489, note the 4487 toward the top of the photo, fresh out of the paint out nd not in service yet.

Everett RR 561. Purchased from NS in late May of 2017, heads east out of Duncansville to begin their day's work.

New Passing the Old. Big Boy on Display at Union Station. People from Far and Wide came to see Big Boy 4014 at Union Station.

NS 7230 leads 593 long Hood Forward. the trains crews died east of CP Tunnel, so a helper set with both engines facing east went to go couple onto the head end of the train.
