The Pointe St-Charles Switcher is leaving the Port of Montreal after coming in light to pick up cars. At left are the remains of a siding that used to connect to the CN Wharf Spur.

CN 4135 & CN 4904 are entering the Port of Montreal light power.

CP G24 is switching the yard with CP 2280 solo as CP 223 passes on the main line.

After arriving at Turcot Ouest with only 23 cars, CN 321 is lifting a large cut of cars off of the Freight Track. Above at left some pedestrians take a look at the train while they walk their dog.

CN 321 has only 23 cars as it emerges from the Turcot Interchange with ET44ACs CN 3281 & CN 3221 for power. In a short distance it will stop at Turcot Ouest to do a large lift.

CP 528 with KCSM 4064 on the rear end is stopped as crews get changed before the run south to New York.

CN 4135 & CN 4904 is the power as the Pointe St-Charles Switcher heads towards the Port of Montreal. At left is a park that lets you see the rail action around here.

A trio of GEs are the power as CP 223 approaches Farnham Yard. The very first car is an MMA boxcar, with more further back in the consist.

CN 120 has CN 2883, CN 2783 & CN 2967 for power as it rounds a curve on the Montreal Sub.

A once a week run, light power this time. Since CP's takeover of the old CMQ, the line to Newport, Vermont has been deemphasized, with only local traffic moving that way and bridge traffic ... (more)

The Pointe St-Charles Switcher is doubling its train in the Port of Montreal with CN 4135 & CN 4904 for power.

CP 223 has a trio of GEs as it crosses the Eastman trestle with a long train.

With only one unit online due to MU issues, a 336-axle CN 123 is on the move again after getting the okay from the RTC to proceed westwards. Power is CN 8012 & CN 2505 arranged elephant style.

CN 310's power is heading east to tie up after putting their train away at Southwark yard.

The Pointe St-Charles switcher is about to get back on home rails as it leaves the Port of Montreal with hoppers and well cars. Power is CN 4135 & CN 4904.
