Burlington's big O-5B 4-8-4 5632 is serviced at Galesburg enroute from Lincoln, NE to Chicago. I rode the NEBRASKA ZEPHYR from Chicago to intercept the excursion during daylight.
Early in the morning, the yard is busy: an SD40-2 switches cars, a carman checks out couplers and air hoses, and a set of EMDs tops the hump. In the distance are lines of LUGO locomotives.
