Both trains are running at 160km/h (100mph). They are hauled by 1970-built CC 72000 that got a new prime mover and were re-numbered in the 72100 series between 2002 and 2004.
A scene that might as well have been shot in the 1960's: an oil-fired 141R leads an easbound freight train on Paris-Troyes-Chaumont.
