On late summer eve, the TP&W road freight passes the fixed approach blade warning westbounds of the approach to the junction of the SF main at Lomax.

Built 6/52 as BLE 720-A, this covered wagon was assigned the #1500 and painted in the NYC-style grey lightening stripe scheme on the TP&W.

TP&W flirted with a NYC-style paint scheme in the era between SF and Rail America ownership. In the end, not that many units got the grey dip.
