One Unit Wonder

After a bit of a wait, North Jersey finally let 15J head west. Today a single loco, 9199 has charge of over 100 axles, but most were articulated autos.

15J is handled by a single Dash 9 on this day, and it made quite a bit of noise accelerating past CP Newark on the climb up to CP Aldene.
