WSOR 516 awaits its fate at the MILW Shops in January of 1985. This somber scene is a sign of things to come as almost all traces of the once expansive shop facility are gone today.

Amtrak 395 brings a northbound Hiawatha past the burned out remains of Lake Tower in Milwaukee, WI in June of 1989. The tower was out-of-service when vandals burned it.
