2018 Arizona saw a good amount of rain and monsoon storms. In early July the weather produced amazing skies as the eastbound auto train glinted behind storm clouds.

In 2002 it was common to see SP units being scrapped. On this summer day in 2002 former SP sporting DRGW 3138 barely hangs on while parts are cannibalized.
