Clouds break as a nice clean SD70Ace leads a westbound train towards Pasco WA, with a BNSF eastbound grain train in the siding near Ritzeville, WA on the Lakeside sub.

I have spent several years(2 times a year when the sun sets over or near the rails) trying to get this shot with a train...still no luck

While waiting for the spreader, this westbound winds through Norden headed towards tunnel #41 on Donner Pass.

Winding through some scenery just a little track North of the Keddie wye. Those DPU's and well the train length make this shot even better.

One of the last real heritage shots I caught was of this CNW unit leading the ZLTCS over Donner. I chased it all the way to Roseville, and I am glad that I did. Too bad everything has patches now.
