Originally built as an SD45-2 for the Santa Fe in 1973, this BNSF SD40-2R and a fellow EMD SD40-2 are busy working Rennick yard in Denver.

Still painted in the original owner's Cascade green scheme, this ex-Burlington Northern SD60M which has been residing in the state of Colorado since 2014 patiently awaits the next train to move.
