The now-preserved 964 (at Strasburg) is holding up traffic on Bel Air Avenue as it heads south toward DC's Union Station. This locomotive was built by GE for Amtrak in June, 1976, and was later renumbered as the 603 after rebuilding. It was donated to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in January 2004.
