Once common, now rare... This particular unit has been off the roster for a number of years and only one sister unit remains relegated to protect duty.
Built in 1927, it's one of the oldest cars on Amtrak's roster. It's a former PRR B60b Baggage car turned into a Tool/Wreck Car, dedicated to VJ Tana and AB Phillips.
