A Deutsche Bundesbahn 2-10-0 pulls an eastbound freight and is about to pass 2-10-0 050 500 which has brought a local passenger train from Saarbrucken.

Two DB 23 class 2-6-2 locomotives, 072 and 044, run light through the Saarbrucken main station. This city hosted a number of the 2-6-2 types in 1970.
