A great old paint scheme. It had to go of course.

FRVR 815 departs Butler Yard as it starts the journey to Green Bay, WI in May of 1989. With a variety of vintage ex-CNW power, the FRVR was an under rated favorite of mine.

My first time in America, I expected to find it in the UP paint scheme, but that month the re painting work had begun.

BN GP30 is at the end of a light power move at Interbay in Seattle, WA while SD45 6415 (X-NP) leads a freight into town having completed a trip west over Stevens Pass.

SSW GP30 754 original numbers 750-759, they were renumbered to 5000-5009.

One of the last trains to Mount Dora as service on the Sorrento Branch came to an end. And unfortunately the ONW has suspended operations overall.
