Rare Stourbridge BL-2 is at the Morristown & Erie shop for some much needed maintenance during the period when the M&E was trying to operate the line in northeastern Pennsylvania.

The weekend finds both active M&E C424s idle at the Morristown shop complex.

C&K Scrap Metal is scrapping M&E RS11 7215 and C424 4216 at the railroad's Morristown yard. Components of the 7215 are awaiting movement to C&K's Newark processing facility.

&E RS11 7215 sits in Morristown, waiting for an uncertain future. The 7215 had been in storage in Cedar Knolls for the past several years and was recently moved to the Morristown shop.

NJ Transit PL42AC 4026 is inside the M&E Morristown shop while Alstom employees retrofit it with PTC equipment.

If you use some imagination, it looks as though this loco's mouth is open, gasping for life while scrappers make deep wounds dismantling it one chunk at a time.
