Before the SP recieved their massive order of GE's they begged, borrowed, and stole whatever power they could find to move their trains. Case in point on this train.
Two South Shore GP38-2s waits until an outbound CSS commuter train departs the Carroll Street Station then they will head west to work the ArcelorMittal Steel yard.
