The E.424.005, photographed in the Pistoia depot, is currently one of the very few historic electric locomotives of this class, perfectly restored and is still active for towing historic trains.
The ETR 250, called "Arlecchino", was built in the late 1950s and used until the 1990s.
Heritage, light diesel railcar ALn-556-2331 few years ago was saved from demolition.
