| CPKC's Schreiber Division 1966 built Jordan Spreader heads west across the Nipigon Subdivision with CP SD60 6239 for power. They just finished pushing the banks back on the main and siding at Sprucewood and are now heading west enroute to the next wing job at MacKenzie with a quick scoop job with 113 at Bowker. The Superior region has been hit hard this winter and the snow spreaders have been used across the White River, Heron Bay & Nipigon Subdivisions this winter and we are only a month in! Track speed is 60mph here west of Red Rock so the trains are able to clear the snow off the right of way. |
