A trio of brand new Southern Pacific C44-9Ws await pickup on the General Electric Transportation Systems CSXT interchange track in Erie, Pennsylvania on May 27, 1994. The units, 8118, 8117 and 8116, would ship west and displace some of the DRGW power I've posted in recent scans.
