A pair of SD40-2s help with a Chattanooga-bound coal train. Up front are a pair of SD35s and an SD24.

SD35s team with an SD24 to lead coal out of Knoxville and toward Chattanooga. Back in the train an RC car transmits the engineer's every whim to a pair of SD40-2s.

Southbound near Asheville, NC led by SD45 3167.

Ragged and rusted, this old relic still shows its identity thru all the years since it was last used on the railroad. Long live the Southern Railway!

For the first time in almost 21 years, N&W J Class Locomotive 611 works southbound on museum property and beside of Norfolk Southern's "Southern" 3170.
