On a bitterly cold day, two AWW SD9's lead a Indiana Southern train into Oakland City, these engines have been apparently sent to Roanoke to be scrapped and the AWW is sadly no more.

Nice too see this old girl still alive and well,in it's old turf no less!

The last NWP Sprint Train run by the SP is heading timetable west through Novato. The next day, the California Northern will be in control.

Three of SP's old SD9's are sitting in Schellville along with 2 Bay window cabooses and also an AB set of F units. The new owner of this SD9 has added the light group.

A brief rain shower followed by sun, creates an interesting ground fog as the ex-GN SD9 idles in the stomping grounds it was purchased for. Taken with permission.

What appears to be an ex-EJE engine is now a switcher for the local grain elevator.

A nice array of yard power idles away this weekday morning. Included in the collection is a former Frisco GP38 and a vintage SD9 that dates back to the classic CB&Q days.

A pair of SD9s kick up some dust as they exit Olive Street's street running and are back on private right-of-way as they head south with a local freight in Anaheim, California.
