This train was one of the most-photographed that I've ever seen on the W&LE. About nine of us shot him at Speers, and some of that group also got him here, just west of my vantage point.

Moments before the sun dropped behind the tree line, 3049 leads an empty ore train westbound towards Mingo Jct.
