The power off of 18G passes through CP PENN as it heads back against it's train. The AVR power in the background is waiting it's turn to work Norfolk Southern's Island Avenue Yard.

It is easy to see why some crews dislike the westbound signals at CP PENN. Eastbound grain train 50K crosses over from Ft. Wayne No. 1 to Conemaugh Line No. 1 at CP PENN.
