| Some of IRM's engines are getting positioned in preparation for Day 2 of Diesel Days. To the right is Spaulding Tower, which was built in 1891 by the Elgin, Joliet & Eastern to protect an interlocking near Elgin. The tower was donated to the museum in 1988 and now houses the dispatcher's office. |
