Two Metra trains meet at the south end of the Elgin Coach Yard. The train on the right, led by Milwaukee Road heritage unit #405, has just completed a run to National Street station from Chicago and is entering the yard. The train on the left is headed to Big Timber station at the end of the Milwaukee District - West, after which it will return to this yard. This line borders the Fox River through the city of Elgin and passes behind the Grand Victoria Riverboat Casino.
