NS 7335, an SD70ACU rebuilt from an SD90MAC in late 2018, soaks up some April sun in South Fork. Though Norfolk Southern rostered 100+ ACUs at one point, since selling off more than half of them in 2021, only 45 remain. Of the 45 remaining, most are used for Pittsburgh Line helper service, but here in South Fork, SD70ACUs are the preferred power for local coal mine runs.
