| Cape gauge 4-8-4 steamlocomotive Ka # 942 "Nigel Bruce" (owner Ian Welch) of the Mainline Steam Heritage Trust, on the occasion of celebrating 100 years after the last spike of the north-south mainline, at Feilding. The locomotive was built in 1940 by NZR Hillside Workshops and has the distinctive streamlining, mainly to hide their ACFI feedwater heater systems, reconstructed. |
