The Budd RDC-4 railcar #9250 is making a brief stop at the Sudbury station during a nice day in May 1981. To my understanding, this railcar has been built only to haul mail and baggage and was not used to carry passengers. May be the Canadian RP.net members will be able to confirm this and give me more information concerning this railcar. I believe that this picture is quite rare. I have seen quite a few photos of this railcar that is preserved at the Exporail museum in Montréal, but I have found no picture showing the railcar in regular service.
