On a miserable fall day, Dick Samuels' 70-tonner makes the diagonal crossing of SE Bell and SE Johnson Creek Blvd. The old Portland Traction Company line was abandoned, with salvage operations underway. The market was the actual station for the Traction Company when interurbans were running.
