Restored to its original Southern Pacific paint scheme, Dick Samuels' GE 70-tonner rolls south on the East Portland Traction Company. The Union Pacific 3203 was originally on display with Spokane, Portland & Seattle 700 and SP 4449. It would spend another four years at the site before it was removed for restoration.
