Since its opening in 1933, Cincinnati Union Terminal has been an icon in Cincinnati. Serving first as the city’s main train station, it later saw use as a shopping mall and eventually became home to the Cincinnati Museum Center, Amtrak, and the Cincinnati Railroad Club. The future of the terminal looks bright with the recent passing of a sales tax levy. The levy will be used to help fix years of deterioration that have slowly taken a toll on the building.
