Several TOFC loads emerge from Tunnel 10. A cut is being made next to the tunnel to allow for double tracking, thankfully it looks like they won't "daylight" this tunnel!

The Bayshore Roundhouse is approaching 100 years old and the yard is completely gone now. Once a very busy place, it has been a vacant lot for almost 20 years.

Three of SP's old SD9's are sitting in Schellville along with 2 Bay window cabooses and also an AB set of F units. The new owner of this SD9 has added the light group.

The AT&T train is just a few minutes away from it's San Francisco stop. Although temporary, these decorated trains bring some much needed variety to the Peninsula!

A former SP C-50-9 Bay Window caboose is still used by the Union Pacific in Tracy for some local switching work. Built in 1980, the steps look as though they've suffered some damage.

Originally built by the Southern Pacific in 1910, the Dumbarton Rail Bridge hasn't seen a train since 1982 but there is hope it will carry commute trains in the future.

The 100+ year old Quint St. Bridge is scheduled to be replaced in the beginning of 2009, and it's replacement will surely not have any Southern Pacific lettering.

"TEMU", or Tilting Electric Multiple Unit train is seen leaving Houtang Station.

The former SP 2755 idles around the day after Thanksgiving at Tracy, the work here is finished early so it will likely be shut off soon.
