A very short JB Hunt stack train enters Lake Yard in Portland. The train includes BNSF 615, former ATSF 615 which has undergone the Dash-9 rebuild program.

After always following in consist, i was finally able to catch the new Tier IV demonstrator upfront in Albina Yard.
A heavy manifest slugs it's way up the Tehachapi Loop. The mid-train helpers can be seen beneath the lead locomotive.
Where did the yellow go? Some foreign power form south of the border along with the east coast has invaded Union Pacific's Albina Yard. CSX 618 is one of the big radiator AC6000CW.
