Approaching the rock cut near Mine Dock Road, this southbound manifest has a backdrop of autumn’s finest colors. The signal guards the controlled siding just around the bend.
These little piggies head south led by a C40-8 and SD50. It is nice to see some "vintage" power in regular service on the River Line.
This work train was a pleasant surprise at the time, but it meant no movement on the River Line for most of the day.
A touch of orange in the trees and pumpkins on the rails. I cannot remember seeing visiting power on the River Line in quite some time.
