While CSX 7831 waited on a sidetrack, CSX 8321 roared by on the mainline. 7831's conductor stepped out to stretch his legs.
Behind the engine is SAM Shortline's most historic acquisition--the Samuel H. Hawkins. According to Lee Kinnamon, this observation/tavern car was built in 1939 for the Florida East Coast Railway.... (more)
