No less than 7 B&O Baldwin locomotives are in this photo at Salamanca, NY. 6 of them are shark nose A and B units. Wish I had taken roster shots of all of them.

As I recall, only three RF-16A's were lettered Monongahela. 1205 and 1216 went to the D&H, and 1210 was scrapped. It's the early 1970's and 1210 is resting out in the sun. How sad it is that she w... (more)
It's a hot summer day in 1972, and Monongahela 1205 and 1216, 2000, and a wooden caboose sit next to each other outside what looks to be the old roundhouse as there is a turntable visible also.
