FEC 101 thunders through Dorena
FEC 427 is the newest repaint, however it appears that "Retro Blue" has been abandoned in favor for the older 2K blue.

Bit of an unusual lash up on 101 today. The big champ little champ combo is fairly rare on through freights let alone flagship 101.
The FEC business train with 715 on Biz5 on 1/15. This train stopped at Brightline's WPB station, the first passenger station stop for the Azelia since 1968.
Up north they get legendary snows. Here we get legendary rain and even in the dry season it is not unheard of to get a good downpour. Such as the case here as 905 starts back toward Jax.
FEC 101 on a chilly day
FEC ran yet another extra. It appears that the FEC has gone back to the 2KBlue scheme as this was a recent repaint.
In an exceptionally thick fog, FEC 228 makes it's way toward Jax with a sole little champ leader.

Very unusual in two aspects, odd lashup of power and running 8 hours late. It did make for a good birthday present, though I hate for the trains to be late, which is very rare on the FEC.
