Another Amtrak one-of-a-kind. The 569 was acquired in a swap with CSX for F40s a number of years back.
Getting these units looked easy but took a lot of sitting and waiting as they ran up and down the private railroad that paralleled CSX here.

A former RDG 'pup' pulls out a handful of blue diesels from the service shed.
The 103 basks in the afternoon sun shut down after repaint. The 103 was the only SW1001 painted in the Railroad's blue yellow scheme. Nicely done by the Railroad's shop at Morris Park.
CSX 1122 was struggling through South Malden with just a small train headed for Marmet.
Luckily we were able to talk the security guard into letting us in to photograph the unit. Today that probably would not happen.
