The splendor of September graces the country side. Another load of this years harvest heads west towards Ridley Terminals.
Tied down overnight while waiting for crews to clear a derail just west of town. I decided to try photographing the dark side ;-)
After turning at the "Y" at KC Junction, the RCP business train heads back to Calgary. Just a short train on a short trip this time.
Two GE units lead 154 car loads of grain west to Prince Rupert. An SD70M-2 DPU is 104 cars back. A snowmobiler is sitting in the shadows watching the train go by.
