As the sun rises over the mountains burning off an early morning fog, a pair of switching crews work simultaneously in the CSX Cumberland yard with classic EMD leaders.

The effects of PSR are certainly visible in this photo with nearly every type of CSX locomotive in recent memory sitting here in storage in Cumberland.
