The Kelly Lake local make some moves to pick up two cars and drop off one car from their train on a siding of a metal recycling business on the east side of town near downtown Hibbing, MN.

The Kelly Lake local passes by some shells of former businesses that once relied on rail service as they head for their yard after a day long trip up to the Minorca mine.

Just past the Minnesota Commercial yard, it is 10 minutes away from Union Depot.

Low afternoon light greets the crew as they leave the yard at the plant, cross Highway 7 and to head back north to the mine to reload.

After loading at U.S. Steel Minntac, IC 6260 heads back to Proctor yard with 140 new ore cars filled with iron ore pellets.
