After changing hands and making the cross-country trek east, this rare streamliner was put on display before restoration work continued to return this locomotive to operation.
Steamtown cosmetically restored their Big Boy in 2021. I captured it separated from its tender shortly after painting was complete.

Centuries in the Sunset: Always a fan of the big, blocky lines of MLW's original "safety cab", it was nice to see M420W No. 2045 during my time in Scranton visiting the D-L.
