| DB Cargo Romania is pulling a cement train to the Medgidia cement plant with the "Ludmilla" diesel locomotive 651 009.
The locomotive was manufactured in the former Soviet Union at the Voroshilovgard locomotive factory and delivered to the Deutsche Reichsbahn in East Germany in 1981 with the number 132 685. After German reunification, the locomotive was renumbered 232 685 in January 1992. At the end of 2009, the locomotive was transferred to Romania and received its current number, 651 009, in August 2010. |
