September 13, 1991 was a perfect late summer morning in Sycan, Oregon. Weyerhaeuser was beginning the process of moving all rolling stock off the Oregon, California & Eastern prior to abandonment. One of the locomotives used on the Weyco Woods Line was parked in front of Sycan Shop.
