| With the washout along the Palmer subdivision near Putney, VT fixed, the 4 days late NECR 323 road freight makes a rare daylight run north and rarer weekend run to St. Albans. The 323 is just exiting a slow zone as they begin to open up the throttle in the afternoon rain stoms. |
