| "Snow" and "Metrolink" were never two words I expected to use together in a photo caption but on Black Friday 2019, this became a reality! Metrolink 208 hits the summit of the Valley Sub at CP-Crest as they drift towards the Vincent/Acton station with a snow-covered consist. Snow in the Antelope Valley occurs rarely, and it's even rarer for it to fall in such high volumes as it did on Thanksgiving Day, making for a rare photo opportunity with power that's on borrowed time. |
