| Darkness and light. As Montreal West is built on on an escarpment, it can get shadowy at track level on CN's Montreal sub well before the sun sets. Here the nose of CN 8899 is the only thing well lit at track level as CN X321 heads west about 45 minutes before sunset earlier this evening. The lashup is 4 GMD units (CN 8899, CN 8936, CN 5551 & CN 4724). |
